Puttu – Breakfast

Puttu is a South Indian breakfast item. The steam-cooked, grated-coconut laced soft and cylindrical dish usually is made with rice powder. However, wheat flour, ragi flour, tapioca or corn flour variants are also popular among foodies. Usually people enjoy it with ripened banana, or any veg or non-veg gravy. It is one of the healthiest and easiest breakfast items you can enjoy.
